i got one set of evo 9 turbo with exhaust manifold and tomei stainless steel outlet pipe for sale.
Turbo is perfect condition, removed from an 30k mileage evo 9.

Spec on turbo are:

TD05HRA 16GMC6

This turbo is a titanium turbo and comes with Magnesium Compressor fins.

Asking price RM2200 whole set.

Hi..Is this unit plug n play n compatible with airtrek (evo7)?.Maybe need to up load evo9 program?.What's the major difference?.power?.torque?

Changing to this kind of turbo you'll get slightly more lag (less immediate pick-up) but you'll get a bigger boost of power and the turbo will pull all the way to higher RPM.

Also recommended to change to FMIC (front mounted intercooler) and do tuning suitable for the setup.

u'll have to retune ur car. and also chg bigger injector. btw, wat do u mean airtrek (evo7)?change to evo7 engine d?

Thanks for the prompt reply.i'm not too keen if too many modification is required at this point of time since current stock car power output is ok based on the FC.only concern is the heat disapation is poor.thanks again Grin

Why not change your radiator if you're concern about the heat ...
Its quite cheap & Ah Wah does have stock for airtrek ...   Cheesy

Thanks again for yr advice.maybe u r right as the sign of water pump(yellow) cameout on the meter this afternoon. Undecided.any idea?.radiator coolant level is ok n will check again tomorow.been driving for a wk ok but now....

Hi Bro,

What you mean SIGN OF WATER PUMP (YELLOW) CAME OUT ON THE METER??? The CEL (Check Engine Light) on? There were no water pump indicator on our meter......

Hi bro, wat is the last 2 digit on the turbo? Does it ends with 70,71 or 72?
There is a production problem with a particular batch of magnesium turbo.
