Tony, I use only Ron97 eventho the fuel flap says 95+.
As for maintenance, it's pretty subjective. Depends on the previous owner/s if they take good care of it or not. Else, you'll land with headaches. This is regardless any car, not only Airtreks, agree?
It's lower than stock and since I wanna do a little off road the height even when adjusted to the max is still lower than standard. The body roll with this is excellent and at high speed, it feels super stable.. Very good comfort!
